Check-in

Check-In will begin at Westfield High School on Friday, May 17th @ 6:00pm for those who wish to check in early
On Saturday, May 18th Check-In will begin at 8:00am at Westfield Middle School

Only coaches that are on the roster will be permitted to check-in their teams (Players are NOT needed at check-in)
Teams must check in before participating in any games.

Player and coach credentials will be issued upon check-in, which are mandatory for facility entry.

Roster Submission and Waivers

Rosters must be submitted through the online portal on Exposure.

Every player must have a parent or guardian complete the electronic waiver to be eligible to compete.

Player Birth Certificate and Report Card are required to be presented at team check-in. Failure to present these documents will result in the player not being allowed to check-in.

We kindly ask all teams to ensure they have completed these requirements prior to arriving at the venue to avoid any delays or complications during check-in.
